Weekly (Sunday- Saturday)	$1200/week

*Actual Holiday nights and/or w/e's are Bumped 10%
** Two night minimum required
***   $300 Security Deposit required,
         Payment required in full at time of reservation
         50% refund if canceled less than two weeks before reservation
         90% Refund for all other cancelations
         Security deposit refunded after approval
